Dogs must acquire 15 points including 2 majors won under different judges and at least one point under a third different judge in American Kennel Club.
Can CH.: Canadian Champion
Dogs must earn at least 10 points under at least three different judges and have earned at least one 2-point win either at breed or group level in the Candian Kennel Club.
Am/Can CH: American and Canadian Champion
American Kennel Club and Canadian Kennel Club Champion
VN: Versatile Newfoundland
Dogs have earned a Championship, Companion Dog, Draft Dog and Water Rescue Dog Title.
Suffix Titles
CD: Companion Dog
The letters CD may be added after a dogs name when it has been certified by 3 different judges to have received qualifying scores in Novice classes at 3 licensed or member obedience trials.
CDX: Companion Dog Excellent
The letters CDX may be added after the name of each dog that has been certified by 3 different judges to have received qualifying scores in Open Classes at 3 licensed or member obedience trials.
Other Title Earned
CGC: Canine Good Citizen
The purpose of the Canine Good Citizen is to en sure that our favorite companion, the dog, can be a respected member of the community. Dogs must pass a 10 items test.
