Annual Awards Form
The GLNC wishes to present awards to all member dogs earning AKC, CKC (Canadian Kennel Club), or NCA titles earned between March 1 2024 and Feb 28, 2025. This does not include dogs that are co-owned and reside with non-club members. To receive awards and recognition at the annual meeting, completed applications should sent no later than March 30, 2024.
You are welcome to submit online or by mail.
First time recipient dogs will receive a plaque with their award. All others will receive an engraved award plate to be placed on their existing plaque.
Note: To manufacture each plaque, it costs the club between $25 and $30. All donations made payable to GLNC Awards fund are greatly appreciated. Plaques and plates will be awarded at the Club’s Annual Meeting in May.
If you do not wish to pick up your plaque at that time, please include $10 to cover shipping.
